Lyons Delyn Inc. - Environmental Compliance Approval (sewage)

This proposal is for amendment of Environmental Compliance Approval (ECA) number 7462-5QRL4B to integrate two additional Class 4 onsite sewage disposal works which service Lyons Little Austria, a seasonal campground located at 137 Sixth Concession Road in Burford, County of Brant, Ontario.

The works include:

1. Existing works to be retained, which service the campground's trailer-sites with a daily maximum flow of 11,230 liters per day (system already included on ECA and outside scope of this application).
2. Existing works to be retained, which service the "pavilion" (public washrooms, laundry, recreation room, and staff apartment) with a daily maximum flow of 9,300 liters per day (including potential future growth) and include two (2) septic tanks, a pump tank, and a raised trench bed (system to be integrated into ECA), and
3. New works to replace existing works, which service a single-family dwelling for seasonal use by the campground's caretaker with a daily maximum flow of 1,600 liters per day and include a septic tank and inground trench bed (system to be integrated into the ECA).
