This proposal is to amend Environmental Compliance Approval (air & noise) No. 0055-CU5PAA issued to Sky Energy (Power) Corporation and Tractebel Management Inc. as general partner for and on behalf of Tractebel Windsor Power L.P. operating as West Windsor Power, a natural gas fired, combined cycle cogeneration facility located at 4375 Sandwich Street in Windsor, Ontario.

This amendment is for an increase in number of turbine operating hours per year.

Contaminant emissions to the atmosphere include:

  • nitrogen oxides
  • suspended particulate matter
  • sulphur dioxide, and
  • carbon monoxide
