This proposal is to amend Environmental Compliance Approval (ECA) (waste disposal site - processing) No. A210315 for a waste processing and transfer facility owned and operated by Aimco Solrec Limited and located in the Town of Milton, County of Halton.
This waste transfer and processing facility has a total area of 1.295 hectares and receives waste for processing or transfer. The facility currently operates 24 hours per day, 7 days per week with maximum limits of 2.5 million litres per month.
The amendment requested is for the facility to add the waste class codes 112, 113, 114, 146, 150, 261, 262, 264, 265, 266, 267, 268, 269, 270, 331 in addition to the waste class codes they are already approved for and to add waste transfer to the ECA.
