Newko Greenhouses Ltd. - Environmental Compliance Approval (sewage)

This proposal is for an amendment to Environmental Compliance Approval No. 2821-C5LNQ6 for Newko Greenhouses Ltd.

This amendment is for modifications of existing and installation of new greenhouse stormwater management works for the collection, transmission, treatment, detention and disposal of stormwater run-off from the greenhouse site located at 523 Wilkinson Drive, Leamington, Ontario.

The proposed stormwater management works consist of modifying an existing stormwater management detention pond, and installing roof water drainage pipe systems, swales, on-site storm sewers, one dewatering pump station, one emergency overflow spillway, one oil and grit separator, and one outlet catchbasin manhole, and will ultimately discharge to the Sturgeon Creek.
