This proposal is for an Environmental Compliance Approval permit for three existing sewage systems servicing a camp and residences located at 2920 Old Penetanguishene Road, in Elmvale, Township of Springwater, County of Simcoe, Ontario.

Changes are being proposed to remove 30 unserviced seasonal trailer sites and replace them with 17 fully serviced seasonal tailer sites. The application is for private sewage systems consisting of 2 existing Class IV conventional disposal bed systems and a replacement Class IV conventional disposal bed system for a total rated capacity of 23,075 litres per day. The collection system will include a sewage collection/ lift station, a septic tank, an effluent pump chamber, and distribution piping.
