This proposal is for an amendment to Environmental Compliance Approval No. 0755-B7VR4U (sewage) for Muskoka Lakes Golf & Country Club, Limited. This amendment is for a new sewage treatment system located at 1335 Ferndale Road, Port Carling, Township of Muskoka Lakes, Ontario.

The proposed works consist of a new Moving Bed Biofilm Reactor (MBBR) and a Type A Dispersal Bed, serving a 14-unit staffing housing complex with a rated capacity of approximately 12,000 litres per day. The sewage will discharge to the proposed Type A Dispersal Bed, and treated effluent will ultimately outlet to Lake Rosseau. The proposal will increase the total rated capacity of the property from 32,000 litres per day to 44,000 litres per day.
