Approval was granted for a site plan amendment to 1300488 Ontario Ltd. to amend the current site plan to allow an increase in the annual tonnage limit, importation of excess soil and permit blasting on site in the Township of Ramara.

A decision was made on August 15th, 2025, to modify and approve (in part), the City of Toronto Official Plan Amendment 575, as adopted by By-law 846-2022. A decision has been withheld on part of the amendment. The approved Official Plan Amendment 575 establishes twenty-two (22) major transit station areas.  

A decision was made on August 15th, 2025, to modify and approve (in part), the City of Toronto Official Plan Amendment 570, as adopted by By-law 889-2022. A decision has been withheld on part of the amendment. The approved Official Plan Amendment 570 establishes forty-nine (49) protected major transit station areas.

A decision was made on August 15th, 2025, to modify and approve (in part) the City of Toronto Official Plan Amendment 544, as adopted by By-law 845-2022. A decision has been withheld on part of the amendment. The approved Official Plan Amendment 544 establishes three (3) major transit station areas and six (6) protected major transit station areas.

A decision was made on August 15th, 2025 to modify and approve the City of Toronto Official Plan Amendment 540, as adopted by By-law 844-2022. The approved Official Plan Amendment 540 delineates and plans for twenty-three (23) protected major transit station areas and provides overarching policies for transit station areas across the City.

A decision was made on August 15th, 2025 to approve the City of Toronto Official Plan Amendment 537, as adopted by By-law 1107-2022 without modification. The approved City of Toronto Official Plan Amendment 537 introduces the Keele-St.Clair Secondary Plan and delineates and plans for a protected major transit station area.

A decision was made on August 15th, 2025 to modify and approve the City of Toronto Official Plan Amendment 524, as adopted by By-law 47-2022. The approved Official Plan Amendment 524 delineates and plans for sixteen (16) protected major transit station areas.

A decision was made on August 15, 2025 to approve, with modifications, the new County of Essex Official Plan, as adopted by By-law 2024-45. The Official Plan contain policies to establish goals, objectives and direction to guide growth and development to the 2051 planning horizon and to ensure the plan is consistent with provincial land use policy.

We issued an amendment to existing Environmental Compliance Approval (air & noise) No. 7031-5MWURY to C. Villeneuve Construction Co. Ltd. to include noise operational flexibility conditions for a one-year period.

A new Environmental Compliance Approval (air & noise) was issued for Cyclic Material Inc. for the operation of a metal recycling facility, located in the City of Kingston, Ontario.

Permit to Take Water No. P-300-6335964076 has been issued to 1425608 ONTARIO INC. for golf course irrigation purposes. Water will be taken from an irrigation pond and Gananoque River for golf course irrigation and a clubhouse well for water supply.
