We issued an amended Environmental Compliance Approval with Limited Operational Flexibility to Zochem ULC, a zinc oxide production facility located in the City of Brampton, Ontario.

A new Environmental Compliance Approval was issued to 2004295 Ontario Inc.

We have issued a Permit to Take Water No. 3814-CKNU56 for Inter-Recycling Systems Inc. This is a renewal of Permit to Take Water No. 2677-9T8RAT. Water will be taken from one pond for dewatering purposes at the closed Inter-Recycling Systems Landfill site, located in the City of Sarnia, Ontario.

The ministry has issued a new Environmental Compliance Approval to Storpro Barrie Limited for industrial stormwater management works servicing a storage facility site, located at 96 Brock Street in the City of Barrie (formerly described as Anne Street).

We issued an amended Environmental Compliance Approval with Limited Operational Flexibility to Marwood International Inc., an automotive modular sub-assembly manufacturing facility located in the Town of Tillsonburg, Ontario.

We have issued a new Permit to Take Water No. P-300-1518273161 on November 4, 2022, which cancels and replaces Permit to Take Water No. 7734-8X7KW4, for Lafarge Canada Inc. Water will be taken from one well for the dewatering of future active portions of the quarry, located in the Town of Concord, Ontario. The permit expires on November 5, 2032.

We have issued a Permit to Take Water No. 3181-CKQJN3 on November 2, 2022 to Ashbrook Golf Club Inc. Water will be taken from one watercourse located in Port Hope, Ontario for commercial purposes. The new permit expires on October 31, 2032.

The application for a new Environmental Compliance Approval (Industrial Sewage) for Lafarge Canada Inc. for the collection, transmission and disposal of quarry water at the Lafarge Osgoode Quarry was cancelled. No approval was issued.

We issued Permit to Take Water No. 8120-CJ9QLG on November 3, 2022 to CU Developments Inc. Water will be taken for construction dewatering activities related to a proposed residential development, located in the City of Ottawa, Ontario. This permit expires on April 30, 2032.

An Environmental Compliance Approval (Air) has been granted to the Canadian National Railway Company located in Sioux Lookout, Ontario, for one (1) biosparge in-situ remediation process.
