Description of instrument

Application has been made by 902474 Ontario, O/B Do–All Construction Limited to amend the current site plan to allow an increase in the number of tonnes of aggregate that may be removed in a calendar year. Currently the site is licenced to extract 60,000 tonnes per calendar year, and the licensee has applied to increase this limit to 180,000 tonnes per year.
