Description of instrument
This proposal is to amend Environmental Compliance Approval (Air & Noise) No. 3338-4R9KLH issued to Niagara Piston Inc. (formerly named Maple Manufacturing Inc.) located at 4754 Bartlett Road South, Beamsville, Ontario. The facility manufactures various phenolic brake caliper pistons for the automotive industry.
Activities at the facility include moulding; compression; baking and grinding. Approval is sought for the addition of of one (1) curing oven.
Emissions to the atmosphere include nitrogen oxides, phenol, formaldehyde and ammonia.
