Proposal details

Description of instrument

The purpose of this application is to create a new resource-based recreational lot by severing Mining Claim SV 483 from Mining Claim SV 484. The severed lot would be approximately 16.3 hectares with 600 metres of frontage and a depth of 200 metres. The retained lot would be approximately 18.1 hectares with 500 metres of frontage and a depth of 200 metres. The purpose of this application is to separate the two mining claims to formalize an agreement in place between two families to individually manage each mining claim. The severed and retained lands are each serviced by an outhouse on each mining claim, and drinking water is brought in in containers while lake water is used for domestic purposes.
