Description of instrument
Rudolf Wahl has submitted an application to MENDM as required under the Mining Act for prescribed early exploration activities. The project is situated approximately 350km East of Thunder Bay, Ontario.
The activities that this permit would allow Rudolf Wahl to carry out are as follows:
- 11-20 pads for mechanized drilling (assembled weight >150kg)
- mechanized stripping (approximately 100m2 in 200 metre radius)
- pitting and trenching of bedrock (20 planned pits/trenches)
- line cutting 50,000 m
An Exploration Permit does not relieve the proponent from compliance with any other requirements that are set out under the Mining Act or any other Act. Further all activities included in the Exploration Permit proposal must be carried out in compliance with O Reg. 308/12 and the Provincial Standards for Early Exploration.
The Exploration Permit duration will be up to 3 years with the possibility of one renewal for up to 3 years.
