The Plan contains goals, objectives and policies to direct future urban development and growth for the City for the next 20 year planning horizon.

Description of Instrument
The new Official Plan "Complete Cornwall au complet" will provide a roadmap for Cornwall to become a more liveable and sustainable community as it grows. The Plan contains goals, objectives and policies to direct future urban development and growth for the City for the next 20 year planning horizon. The Plan will replace the existing 2002 Official Plan, as well as introduce a brand new Urban Settlement Area Boundary for the City.
