Description of instrument
This proposal is for an amendment to Environmental Compliance Approval Number 6526-8T2JZA for the addition of an aeration system in the existing settling pond.
The proposal is also for modifications to Environmental Compliance Approval conditions including changes to effluent limits including the increase of Un-ionized Ammonia discharge limit from 0.04 to 0.1 mg/L only during receiver flow conditions with adequate assimilative capacity.
