I personally do not believe that water should be bottled and sold. In cases of earthquakes and other disasters, I can see where bottled water is helpful, but it needs to be regulated. Here in Canada, except for some First Nations Communities, our water is well tested and potable, safe.

I am in favour of extending the moratorium to allow time to eventually do away with approvals for water bottling in plastic bottles. There isn't any aspect of the whole water bottling catastrophe that has any redeeming features.

I support extending the moratorium on bottled water permits. Public should be encouraged to use tap water and to stop all use of plastic water bottles.
Commercial water bottling should be discouraged, as the ground water is needed for growing crops and supplying water to wells. The senseless bottling of water is leading to too much plastic in the environment.
I definitely support the moratorium and a positive outcome for restriction of taking groundwater for commercial purposes. Living by the Elora gorge, I can see the much lowered level,of groundwater from the past.
