The automatic protection of species identified as endangered is an important part of protecting species in danger of extinction. Also, the proposed changes seem to value the benefit of business to the detriment of the actual most effective action to protect species at risk and their habitats.
We have to stop destroying the habitats of the wildlife in Ontario. The lives of endangered species need the added protection they need to survive. Humans everywhere are destroying wildlife and their habitats. We should be proud as Canadians from Ontario are helping them.
