This bill is irresponsible to anyone who needs clean drinking water. I've lived through the Walkerton e-coli scare and that was nothing compared to the devastation this bill could wreak. The costs in lives will far outweigh the dollars.

I am very concerned that Bill 66 will reduce or eliminate the protection of environmental and agricultural land protected by the Greenbelt and the Oak Ridges Moraine. There is no correlation between "competitiveness" and the protection of sensitive and important environmental lands. Read more
