Decision details

52-C-187236 was approved on February 12, 2019 with standard conditions. This application proposed to sever approximately 0.24 hectares of land from PIN 73040-0048 to be added as a lot addition to Parcel 10577 SEC SWS; Summer Resort Location A.E. 153. The owners of the benefitting parcel would use the lands to build a new driveway to access their lot. At the time provisional consent was granted the owners of the benefitting lot had been using a neighboring lot to access their lands, as there is a hill at the front of their lot which is not suitable for vehicle access. A new driveway is proposed for the severed lands, no other development or site alteration was proposed as a result of this application.

The applicant satisfied the conditions of provisional consent within one (1) year, final consent was approved on July 31, 2019.
