On July 26, 2019 Bernt Gilbertson Enterprises Limited requested to formally withdraw their amendment to Environmental Compliance Approval No. 4964-7AYPUS (Air & Noise) application. We have withdrawn the application and closed the file.

This proposal is for an amendment to Environmental Compliance Approval No. 4964-7AYPUS (Air & Noise) for Bernt Gilbertson Enterprises Limited for the operation of a mobile crushing plant, equipped with one (1) mobile jaw crusher, two (2) mobile cone crushers, one (1) dual deck vibrating sizing screen, two (2) stacking conveyor systems, and one (1) 343 kW diesel fired generator, as well as emissions from the transfer of materials and associated processes.
The equipment will be used to process aggregate material at various locations throughout nothern Ontario and can potentially operate 24 hours a day, 365 days per year.
Contaminant emissions to the atmosphere include total suspended particulate, silica, nitrogen oxides and noise.
