Why consultation isn't required

The purpose of the posting is to inform you of the amendment and your right to require a hearing in respect of this decision.
We consider this proposal an administrative amendment and do not expect it will have any significant impact on the environment. Therefore, public consultation is not required.
Bulletin details
We amended existing Renewable Energy Approval No. 1901-8G3JES to update the company’s mailing address from 390 Bay Street, Suite 1720, Toronto, Ontario M5H 2Y2 to 65 Queen Street West, Toronto, Ontario, M5H 2M5.
This Class 3 solar facility, known as Moore Solar Farm, is located in the Township of St. Clair, County of Lambton, Ontario. The facility has a total expected generation capacity of 20 megawatts (MW) and will operate 24 hours per day, 365 days per year.

Any resident of Ontario may require a hearing by the Environmental Review Tribunal (ERT) within 15 days after the date this Decision was loaded to the Environmental Registry (see top right of information notice) by written notice served upon all of the following:

An applicant for a hearing shall state in the notice requiring the hearing, (a) a description of how engaging in the renewable energy project in accordance with the renewable energy approval will cause, (i) serious harm to human health, or (ii) serious and irreversible harm to plant life, animal life or the natural environment; (b) the portion of the renewable energy approval in respect of which the hearing is required; and (c) the relief sought.
