The appeal body will consider the following two questions in deciding whether to grant you leave to appeal:

  1. is there is good reason to believe that no reasonable person, with respect to the relevant law and to any government policies developed to guide decisions of that kind, could have made the decision?
  2. could the decision you wish to appeal result in significant harm to the environment?

This proposal is to amend the Environmental Compliance Approval (Air) number 4426-687JLW for 1600997 Ontario Inc., an industrial powder coating facility located in the City of Sarnia, Ontario.

This application is for the replacement of one (1) heat cleaning oven and the addition of one (1) diesel compressor. Other sources at the facility include one (1) powder coating booth and one (1) curing oven.

Contaminant emissions to the atmosphere include nitrogen oxides and noise.
