This proposal is for a new Environmental Compliance Approval for industrial stormwater management works serving Waste Management of Canada Corporation, located at 1 McKnight Road in the Municipality of Clarington, Ontario.
The stormwater management works comprise of stormwater quality and quantity control and erosion control works and include the construction of a pond for fire fighting, a stormwater collecting system an oil/grit separator and associated outfall which will outlet to a proposed headwall and channel that ultimately discharges into a tributary of Tooley Creek.
