This proposal is for a new Environmental Compliance Approval (Air) for Brookfield Residential (Ontario) GP Inc., as general partner for, and on behalf of, Brookfield Residential (Ontario) LP, operating the Marshall Baxter Sanitary Pumping Station, located in the Township of Essa, Ontario.
This application includes all emission sources from the facility that exhaust to the atmosphere including an odour control unit associated with the wet well. Contaminant emissions to the air from this facility include 1,3-Butadiene, Benzene and odour.
