I do not think increased traffic through this family neighbour hood would be good especially with all the little kids in the area .
Also more gases being put into our environment is something I oppose
As a resident in the area with two children who attend school here, the proposal appears to be very scant on details about the negative impacts on the area in terms of traffic, noise, and pollution (to name three issues). It is also unclear who stands to benefit from this proposal and how.

As a concerned citizen, I am against the waste biogas processing facility planned at 633 Coronation Drive. Such processing plants are not safe to be built in a residential community and should be built on land that is not close to a residential development.

A project of this scope demands a careful and thorough review of the environmental and health & safety impacts on neighborhoods. No fast tracks, no shortcuts — a full environmental assessment, a full health assessment and full community consultation should be mandatory for this proposal.
I, along with many local residents close to the plant, object to this proposal to locate a waste depot and biogas generation plant close to our houses and schools.

I don't know what the truck route is to HWY 401 to and from the site is. But it appears that at any point on the route there will be a truck passing every 6 minutes. Was rail transport considered? It might be less disruptive to the community and perhaps less expensive.

We are concerned not only about the location of the biogas plant close to a community setting, but also the increased trucking along local roads. The overall proposition is hazardous to our community, and we request you to consider an alternate location situated away from communities.
My neighbors and I are completely against this proposal. The facility would be too close to homes, parks and schools. The significant increase in traffic, noise, air pollutant and odours will decrease the quality of life for people in this area.

Our entire household is against this project. If approved this plant would produce 1,240 tonnes of digestate waste every day and transport it using over 100 trucks through the community to Highway 401. Trucking waste through our area communities presents both health and safety concerns .

As a 25 year resident of the West Rouge Community, I am astounded that this type of facility would be allowed in the area. We have had environmental issues in the past with fires and faced possible evacuation orders due to environmental concerns.

A biogas plant is very concerning for our community that prides itself upon a stunning natural waterfront. I fear mismanagement, including tire burning, deforestation, and bad aromas might arise, as the this project is too great an endeavour.

This plant has no place near residential areas whereby upwards of 100 heavy trucks per day will be driving up to 6 kilometres through those areas to get to and from the 401 highway.
