The Bell Creek Facility is located in Hoyle Township in the District of Cochrane, approximately 13 kilometers northeast of Timmins, Ontario
Access to the Facility is provided via Florence Street and also the Hoyle Pond Mine Road which connects to Hallnor Road and Highway 101.

Proposal details
The amendment responds to the comments received from ENDM regarding the 2017 Closure Plan amendment, as well as required changes as a result of the latest notices of material change, including the most recent which describes a proposal to incorporate the contiguous Marlhill Mine site into the Closure Plan boundary of this site, as well as the Polishing Pond expansion, submitted in April of 2018 and the Phase 4 Mini Dyke Raise, submitted in January of 2019.
