Why consultation isn't required
On April 1, 2020, the Ontario Government made a temporary regulation to respond to the COVID-19 outbreak. Ontario Regulation 115/20 exempts all proposals for policies, acts, regulations and instruments from posting requirements under the EBR until 30 days after the declared emergency is terminated.
Proposal details
This proposal is for a new Environmental Compliance Approval (Sewage) to be issued to Bogdanovic Developments Inc. for stormwater management works, serving Crimson Oak Valley Subdivision, located on a property legally described as Part Lot 57, Concession A in the Township of Huron-Kinloss, County of Bruce, Ontario.
The sewage works will include new storm sewers designed to collect runoff from internal streets and lots from the site, discharging into Lake Huron through an existing storm outfall that will be upgraded.
The works will also include an oil grit separator located upstream of the outfall for quality control of the runoff.
