Why consultation isn't required
This amendment to the Advanced Exploration Closure Plan includes closure measures for construction of a vent/secondary egress raise to meet Ministry of Labour standards for health and safety. Vent raise/egress is located in previously impacted, secure area within the existing closure plan boundary.
Bulletin details
This Closure Plan Amendment identifies closure concepts for the vent raise/egress and are based on specific requirements for closure as outlined on O. Reg. 240/00.
