Why consultation isn't required
This Closure Plan Amendment proposes rehabilitation measures for the Aunor A Tailings Management Area. Improvements to the site as a result of the completed and proposed rehabilitation activities are expected.
Bulletin details
This Closure Plan Amendment identifies closure concepts for the Aunor-Delnite site. A few of the proposed updates to the closure concepts in this amendment include the following:
- Regrading the slopes of the Aunor A Tailings Management Area
- Locating local impacted soils to the Tailings Management Area
- Covering the Tailings Management Area with HDPE liner
