Why consultation isn't required
On April 1, 2020, the Ontario Government made a temporary regulation to respond to the COVID-19 outbreak. Ontario Regulation 115/20 exempts all proposals for policies, acts, regulations and instruments from posting requirements under the EBR until 30 days after the declared emergency is terminated.

The purpose of this application is to create a new lot 0.21 hectares in size. The proposed severed lot contains a seasonal dwelling, sleep camp, workshop, wood shed, and sauna. The application proposes to retain a lot 0.53 hectares in size, the proposed retained lot contains a seasonal dwelling, garage, two sheds, and a trailer. No new construction is proposed as a result of this application.

Appeal of a decision of the Minister in respect of this consent may be made by any person or public body not later than 20 days after notice of the decision is given. If you wish to be notified of the decision of the Minister in respect of the proposed consent, you must make a written request to the Minister at the contact address.
As required under the Planning Act, public notices will be published in Sudbury Le Voyageur on Wednesday June 3 and the Sudbury Star on Thursday June 4, 2020.
