Permitting needs to be streamlined to a one stop shop Municipal office. Too many other services in the mix, ending up take much longer than required or game of broken telephone. Never ends well. Read more

Thank you for the ability to comment. My interest is in developing land in serviced areas but unable to build. These tracks of lands are not a flood risk or hazard but designated in areas where development is all around. Read more
