The effect of this application is to sever a portion of PIN 62313-0284 to be added to PIN 62313-0282 for the purposes of parking and storage. The proposed severed lands are 0.6 hectares with 7.62 metres of frontage and 316 metres of depth. The lot receiving the proposed severed lands is 0.1 hectares with 25.24 metres of frontage and 40.29 metres of depth. The proposed retained lot would be 14.10 hectares with 446 metres of frontage and 316 metres of depth.

The subject lands are located north of Lower Shebandowan Lake and are approximately 92 kilometres west of the City of Thunder Bay via Ontario Highway 586.
