Proposal details
This proposal is for a new Environmental Compliance Approval (air & noise) for Ruby Farms Strathroy Limited for the operation of two mobile grinders which will be used to grind wood, brush and leaves into mulch and smaller materials, and one excavator and associated diesel engine.
The equipment will be used throughout the Province of Ontario and can potentially operate 7 days per week, 52 weeks per year between the hours of 07:00 to 19:00.
Contaminant emissions to the atmosphere include:
- total suspended particulate
- products of combustion such as nitrogen oxides
