This proposal is for an amendment to Permit to Take Water No. 0466-AJ8HRM for FNX Mining Company Inc. for industrial purposes. Water will be taken from two wells and two ponds at the Victoria Mine Site, located near Sudbury, Ontario. This amendment is to include additional water taking sources at the site. Details of the water taking are as follows as follows:
