To whom this concerns . Please let bow hunters hunt when the controlled hunt is on . We could wear saftey orange and obay the rules . Alot of men and women and children spend thousands of dollars on hunting and natural resources. Please allow this . Thanks
They really need to cut back on gun hunts or just leave them alone every area that myself and friends hunt the population of deer seem to decline every year because the controlled hunts in that area and hunters go out and blast at all the does and fawns that are so small.

I believe there should only be 1 controlled hunt in ontario being the 1st week of December in southern Ontario. I think this due to the fact that the “rut” is typically the 1st week of November coinciding with the 1st controlled hunt.

Please consider 92a for being allowed to bow hunt during the controlled hunts, wearing proper hunter orange, and following applicable rules. Often we landowners have to take a week off for the gun hunts even though we don’t allow gun hunting on our property.

I fully support proposal #2. There's no reason why you shouldn't be allowed to use a bow when you have your controlled validation and hunter orange.
I would like to see wmu91 and wmu92 added to this.
I think the proposal for extending the rifle hunt is a great idea. Adding a muzzleloader hunt in 36 and 42 will also give hunters a chance to enjoy the experience of hunting with a muzzleloader. However I would like to see a better management strategy on issuing antlered deer tags.

I’m in favour of having season to align better and have additional days so you can have a few weekends to hunt.
I’m seeing more deer then ever in wmu 35,36,37 and 39.
I’d like to see earlier bow/crossbow season
I don't agree with these changes excluding WMUs 91 and 92. Numerous archers hunt within these zones and these changes serve only to punish archers. No representative consultation has been performed surveying the opinions of the diverse number of hunters in these WMUs.

How about allowing hunters to sign over their tags to another hunter if they won’t/can’t use them? Shouldn’t affect harvest since it’s a quota system. Thanks for listening
I think this is a terrible idea, we need to increase our Whitetail numbers not find ways to decrease them. Ontario whitetail population numbers are kinda pathetic, and a lot of other hunters in my WMU 82a agree !
I am supportive of the proposal to lengthen the rifle season in WMU 036 and WMU 045. I am also supportive of the proposal to introduce a muzzle-loading rifle season in these WMU's.

Blackpowder guns now shoot the same as shotguns. Should not have to spend another 600 bucks to buy another gun to shoot it once a year
