Decision details
On May 24, 2022 the ministry issued an exploration permit PR-22-000098 located Southwest of Thunder Bay, Ontario, in Burchell Lake Area, District of Thunder Bay, Northwest Region.
This permit will allow the company to: Complete with permit details:
Plan activities:
- geophysical survey requiring generator type
- mechanized stripping (less than 100 squared metres in 200 metre radius)
- mechanized drilling (assembled weight less than or equal to 150 kilograms)
- pitting and trenching (greater than 1 cubic metre, less than or equal to 3 cubic metres in 200 metre radius)
Permit activities:
- line cutting (greater than 1.5 metre width)

Proposal details
Orebot Inc. has submitted an application on the claims listed below for an exploration permit as required under the Mining Act for the following early exploration activities:
Plan activities:
- geophysical survey requiring generator type
- mechanized stripping (<100m2 in 200 metre radius)
- mechanized drilling (assembled weight <= 150kg)
- pitting and trenching (>1m3, <= 3m3 in 200 metre radius)
Permit activities:
- line cutting (>1.5m width)
This notice is provided to receive comments that can be considered in the decision-making process prior to the issuance of an exploration permit.
An Exploration Permit does not relieve the proponent from compliance with any other requirements that are set out under the Mining Act or any other Act. All activities included in the Exploration Permit proposal must be carried out in compliance with Ontario Regulation 308/12 and the Provincial Standards for Early Exploration. The Exploration Permit duration will be up to 3 years.
