This bulletin is for information only, as a closure plan amendment is not an instrument under the Environmental Bill of Rights, 1993. The Ministry of Northern Development, Mines, Natural Resources and Forestry is posting this bulletin to the Environmental Registry to keep the public informed of changes to mining projects in Ontario.
