Decision details
A change to the site plan for Aggregate Resources Act Licence No. 625728 was approved by the Regional Director on February 9, 2023. The approval allows Clark Brothers Contracting Ltd. to change the site plan condition that refers to annual tonnage. The tonnage limit will be increased to no more than 250,000 tonnes per year.
Effects of consultation
No comments were received in response to the Environmental Registry of Ontario notice.
One comment was received in response to the ARA consultation process. The comment from the County of Grey stated there were no concerns with the proposal.
All comments have been considered through the recommendation of this amendment.

Application has been made by Clark Brothers Contracting Ltd. to amend the current site plan to allow for 250,000 tonnes of material to be removed from the site in a calendar year. This amendment to the site plan would increase the tonnage limit from the existing 100,000 tonnes per year.
