It is the result of Region-wide consultation and compromise. It limits urban sprawl, promotes food security, and fights climate change by reducing traffic emissions.
Please approve Waterloo Region's Official Plan Amendment 6. I think it's important because it fights climate change. It will reduce traffic emissions, the biggest source of greenhouse gases in Waterloo Region.
I support Waterloo Region's Official Plan and Amendment 6, because this plan was made with the needs and interests of local citizens, and all but one of the 17 Regional Councilors approved of this plan.

Please approve Waterloo Region’s official Plan ammendment 6. For many reasons including respecting environmental health and respect for the wishes of the people who live here.
Please stop paving over Waterloo Region's Farmland as well as bulldozing our heritage sites and green spaces.
I like living in a smaller place and do not want this area to be another suburb of TO.
