I fear that the More Home Built Faster plan will cause more problems than it solves. The Greenbelt needs to be protected. Allowing some building on Greenbelt land now will make it possible to further erode its protection in the future.

Government should be transparent. The fact that (rich) developers have been buying up Greenbelt lands BEFORE these announcements makes it apparent there have been backroom dealings. Sure makes people question how why the government is doing this. Party support by developers? Buy votes?
