1. Prepare your application

You’ll need to prepare an application. You may wish to include the following things in your application:

The appeal body will consider the following two questions in deciding whether to grant you leave to appeal:

  2. could the decision you wish to appeal result in significant harm to the environment?

Proposal details

This proposal is for a new Environmental Compliance Approval (sewage) to be issued to 1000118914 Ontario Inc. to bring the existing sewage system into compliance, and install a new on-site sewage subsurface disposal system, to service Heather Lodge, located at 14483 Highway 35 in the Township of Minden Hills, County of Haliburton, Ontario.

The overall sewage system is designed to operate at a total maximum daily flow of 13,750 litres per day.

The new proposed system includes the addition of new precast chamber tanks in series, a balancing pump tank, a field leaching bed, complete with distribution piping.
