Proposal details
This proposal is for a new Environmental Compliance Approval (sewage) to be issued to Land Ark Construction Ltd. for the proposed sanitary sewer network and stormwater management system, as part of the proposed Phase 1 Watercolour residential development, located at 16 Concession Street in the Village of Westport, United Counties of Leeds and Grenville, Ontario.
The stormwater management system collects, conveys, treats and discharges stormwater runoff from the lands via a storm sewer network and a wet pond which provides quantity and quality controls prior to ultimate discharge to Westport Pond.
The sanitary sewer network collects and conveys sewage to the existing municipal system located within Concession Street.
