Harvey Robson - Approval for a consent (subject to conditions) in an area where there is no official plan in place

The application would transfer approximately 0.16 hectares from the subject lands to the neighbouring lot, known PCL 7725 SEC CST; PT Mining Claim L13179 Grenfell SRO, as in LT97937, PIN 61229-0218, to ensure legal road access to the receiving parcel. The retained lands would be approximately 4.95 hectares with approximately 200 metres of frontage on North Grenfell Road. The lands are currently the site of a garage.

The consolidated lot would be approximately 0.344 hectares with 73 metres of frontage on North Grenfell Road, as well as frontage on Lake Kenogami. The lot is currently the site of a shed and abandoned foundation.

No new buildings or structures are proposed as a result of this application.

The application will be reviewed for consistency with the environmental policies of the Provincial Policy Statement (e.g. natural heritage, water quality protection). Public comments received or concerns identified will be considered in the review to determine whether the application is consistent with the Provincial Policy Statement and whether it would have any significant impact on the environment

Appeal of a decision of the Minister in respect of this consent may be made by any person or public body not later than 20 days after notice of the decision is given. As required under the Planning Act, a public notice will be published in the New Liskeard Temiskaming Speaker Weekender in English and French.
