The proposal is for a new Environmental Compliance Approval for Latham Pool Products ULC for industrial stormwater management works serving a manufacturing facility, located at 44945 Taylor Kidd in the Township of Loyalist, County of Lennox and Addington, Ontario.
The stormwater management works comprise of Quantity Control and Quality Control, and include ditches and a dry pond, and will discharge to an existing ditch and culvert crossing, located along Highway 33.
