Proposal details

The purpose of this application for consent 60-C-217951 is to sever PIN 42150-3190, into a one of two (2) new lots for resource-based recreational use on Ptarmigan Bay on Lake of the Woods.

Proposed severed lot 2, application 60-C-218169, with one (1) resource-based recreational dwelling, one (1) outbuilding, a dock, and serviced by a septic system and lake water, would be approximately 1.2 hectares with 133 metres of lake frontage and a depth of 104 metres.

The proposed retained lot, which is currently vacant, would be approximately 1.6 hectares with 318 metres of lake frontage and a depth of 70 metres.
