Application 58-C-229636 was approved subject to the following condition:
That the application to consolidate the parcels be prepared and an undertaking from the person registering the documents be required agreeing to register the consolidations once the land transfers have been registered.
The applicant has two years to satisfy standard conditions of draft approval, otherwise approval will lapse. The approval can be appealed using the procedure outlined below. Notice to appeal the decision to the Ontario Land Tribunal must be filed with the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing on or before November 23, 2023.

Who can appeal

Proposal details
The Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing has received Application 58-C-229636 in respect of the lands described as PIN 62492-0476 Part of Part 3 of Plan 55R-12371, Part of Part 4 and 5 of Plan 55R-8550, Concession 1 on Lake Superior, in the unincorporated Township of Sibley in the District of Thunder Bay. The purpose of this proposed application for consent is to permit the transfer of a small triangular vacant portion of frontage, 0.03 hectares in size (14 metres frontage by 46 metres deep) from PIN 62492-0476 to add to PIN 62492-0475 leaving a retained lot of 0.304 hectares. Both properties contain dwellings serviced by individual servicing and are accessed by Johnsons Landing Road, a public road maintained by the Sibley Local Roads Board.
