I strongly support the return of these lands to the Greenbelt. As evidenced in several studies and reports, there is ample land located outside of the Greenbelt to meet the need for new housing in Ontario.

Without doubt this small parcel must be returned to the Greenbelt.
But without doubt all the other parcels must also be returned. The vast majority of the public wants this. Do the right thing.
As a resident of Southern Ontario, I am strongly in favour of returning important and rich agricultural land, such as that found at 765 and 775 Kingston Road East in the Town of Ajax, to the Greenbelt.
This is a no brainer. Yes these lands should be put back into the Greenbelt. As per the Auditor General's report and Integrity Commissioner's report the process to remove this property was flawed and probably illegal. This move will correct many wrongs.

This proposal to return lands to the Greenbelt Protected Countryside designation is a positive move in light of both the Auditor General's and Integrity Commissioner's reports released over the summer regarding changes to the Greenbelt Plan and Regulation in late 2022.

I agree with the return of all "land swap" lands to the Greenbelt in perpetuity. Please protect the Greenbelt and keep your promise to the people of Ontario!
I am in full support of returning these lands to the Greenbelt. They never should have been removed in the first place. What compensation will the developer be asking for from the government because they are no longer permitted to develop this land? And what is the cost to taxpayers?
