This proposal is for a new Environmental Compliance Approval (air & noise) for Miller Paving Limited, a ready-mix concrete plant and maintinace facility, located at 175 Bethridge Road, Etobicoke, Ontario.

This application is includes all emission sources from the facility that exhaust to the atmosphere, including:

  • one slag silos
  • three portland cement storage silos
  • material handling
  • processing, transfer and storage of aggregate and concrete materials
  • welding
  • one natural gas fired hot water boiler

Contaminant emissions to the air from this facility include:

  • particulate matter
  • respirable crystalline silica
  • portland cement
  • slag
  • hydrogen flouride
  • nitrogen oxides and other products of combustion
