This proposal is for a new Environmental Compliance Approval (sewage), to be issued to CDV Investments 2021 Inc., for the establishment, use and operation of sewage works for the treatment and subsurface disposal of domestic sewage, rated at a total daily design sewage flow of 58,388 litres per day, to service the Hay Bay Resort, located at 4159 County Road 9 in Greater Napanee, Ontario.
The proposed sewage works includes four main units:
- an influent equalization (equalization tank)
- a primary treatment unit (sludge storage tank and a primary clarifier tank)
- a secondary treatment unit (Bioreactor 1, Bioreactor 2, Floc reactor 1 and secondary clarifier)
- an effluent pump tank, with a backwash tank
