This proposal is for a new Environmental Compliance Approval (air & noise) for Convertus Canada Ltd., an anaerobic digestion facility for the production of renewable natural gas (RNG) and liquid fertilizer, located at 50 Garfield Wright Boulevard in East Gwillimbury, Ontario
This application includes all emission sources from the facility that exhaust to the atmosphere, including:
- anerobic digestion of solid and liquid organic materials
- waste biogas burners
- process water heating
- an odour control system
Contaminant emissions to the air from this facility include:
- methane
- ammonia
- hydrogen sulfide
- total reduced sulfur
- nitrogen oxides
- sulfur dioxide
- products of combustion
