While cremation is a respectful way to dispose of both human and non human animal remains, please bear in mind the environmental impacts of cremation. Please consider allowing more environmentally friendly forms of cremation, including chemical cremations already used for humans. Read more

Please do not allow the cremated remains of animals to be used in food processing (as in bone char for sugar refining). The remains are not vegan and may have chemical residues.
